DeskDude Restaurant Training is an internal staff training tool for restaurants. This policy explains how we process information about website visitors, restaurant contacts, administrators, and staff who use DeskDude Restaurant Training.

Information we process

Purpose

We use information to provide DeskDude Restaurant Training, set up restaurant workspaces, give access to training, show manager overview, provide support, maintain security, and communicate about beta access and customer follow-up.

AI and training content

DeskDude Restaurant Training may use AI to answer questions and generate quizzes from the restaurant's material. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect, especially if source material is incomplete. For allergies, food safety, or other critical information, staff must follow the restaurant's own controls and responsible procedures.

Subprocessors

We use selected vendors for hosting, database, AI processing, email, and operations. The current list is on the subprocessor page.

Retention

Beta and waitlist data is normally deleted or anonymized within 30 days after the beta ends if no further agreement is made, unless there is a legitimate need to keep limited records.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection where applicable. Staff members should also contact their employer, as the restaurant is normally the controller for staff training data.
